Our clients felt that their 1923 bungalow lacked flow from the front to the back of the house. They were also dreaming of a kitchen update that reflected their British roots as well as capturing extra square footage from a double height living room to add a third bedroom upstairs. In this total home renovation, we opened up walls to create a new flow in their home from the foyer to their dining room and added a bathroom, office, and butler’s pantry. We designed a new kitchen with a sweet nook for making tea and a large island for a quick dinner or doing homework with the kids.
