Our Seminole Heights client wanted to add an apartment for visiting family members over their garage. We demoed the roof of the existing 450sqft 2 car garage and added a second story apartment with a sleeping loft, full bathroom and kitchenette. We crafted a European-Parisian inspired apartment that exudes an air of luxury…incorporating traditional millwork, sleek high gloss cabinetry, natural quartzite countertops and lime plaster in the bathroom.
