Our clients wanted to expand their family, but didn’t have enough space in the existing footprint of their 1913 historic home. We worked with the Architectural Review Committee to turn their hip roof into a shed roof to allow for the addition of two bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom. We expanded and renovated their kitchen and laundry room and were able to capture their unique style and vibe while creating the perfect space for cooking and hanging out as a family.
